Founder of First2Count Service business solution company. Parvin started her career working for a firm of accountant in year 2000 and gain various skills. She moved to a Japanese pharmaceutical in 2005 taking her experience and knowledge from public practice background. She involved in setting up processes and procedures for number of change mangement, process change and software implementation projects, which made her versatile.
Parvin received Excel Award in recognition of her pursuit of excellence and significant contribution to Otsuka pharmaceuticals UK in 2006 for accounting system process implementation and received European Managing Director’s Award by Otsuka Pharmaceutical Europe for her achievement in implementation of Navision in 2007.
She started her first management experience of a team in 2007 working for Aderant EMEA a software solution company dealing with top 250 law firms. She totally transformed finance department and made it first class customer service focus for its internal and external customers. She was awarded share option by board of executive for her achievement.
Her eyes for details and expertise in tax, accountancy and audit saved substantial amount of cost and taxes and she also managed to claim over paid taxes of €400,000 partnering with Deloitte Netherlands tax consultant to reopen cases with tax authority due to incorrect filling of accounts by overseas trusty accountant. Parvin has a great interpersonal and communication skills. She enjoys working with people and creates a positive atmosphere encourage colleagues to work as a team. She is a big believer that if you give people a sense of value they are motivated to work more efficiently and make your business goals more achievable. She was appointed as project leader for culture change working for Telehouse International Corporation of Europe Limited.
